I liked the hotel's unique style and enjoyed it more than a big, standard corporate hotel. Breakfast is included, made to order, and cooked and served for you. It was really good. The room also had a small stove, pots, and pans. Nobody working there spoke any English, so I'd recommend it if that's not an issue for you.

Awful.

The customer service was terrible. A very rude woman couldn't find the reservation at first and then tried to charge us too much. The rooms are small, and you can hear everything outside, even the doorbell. I don't recommend staying here.

The rooms were especially clean, as well as comfortable and spacious, and the staff were friendly and cordial. The service was excellent, and the location in the Seguros area was very good. I'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it.

It's a peaceful, pleasant place, with clean and well-kept rooms. The staff and service were very good, as was everything in general.
