I paid upfront for a five-day booking made on their website, and had also contacted them through WhatsApp. When I arrived, the front desk said they had no record of the reservation, and the manager wouldn't answer the phone. I asked for my money back and they simply stopped responding. Don't do business with these people!

After a long trip, finding an extra fee described as a "tax" for non-residents at check-in was frustrating. It hadn't been mentioned when I booked or on the website, and I hadn't run into this kind of charge elsewhere. The hotel said it was their policy, while the booking platform said it couldn't do anything about it. I visit Bogotá often, but this lack of transparency has made me think twice about staying here again. I may look at other booking options next time.

We saw the bad reviews but decided to stay, and ended up liking it a lot. The price was great, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and they gave us a late checkout for free and helped us find nearby parking. The shower water was super hot too. There's a nice park close by where we had a private salsa teacher come to us. I'd recommend it.

Angela was especially wonderful, like an angel while we were there. Everyone gave us such attentive service, and the facilities were divine. The Nicolas de Federman venue is unique. Spectacular, highly recommended!
