Hotel Ecoinn

Daniela made us feel special, and Maria from room service went the extra mile too. Everyone we dealt with made the stay pleasant. The service was excellent and the location was great. For what you pay, there's enough comfort, despite the complaints I've read. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back soon.

The staff were kind and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. It was too late to order vegan food nearby, so the chefs made me something off the menu. It was simple, but they put real thought into making sure I could eat it. The location is central, close to a shopping centre and lots of lovely restaurants. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. They get cold at night, though there are plenty of extra blankets. Breakfast was included and freshly made, with a good choice of fruit, tea, coffee, and condiments. I'd stay again.

We were charged $250 for a broken TV, which we made the mistake of not checking on our first day, especially given the hotel's low standards. After the manager, Daniela Castro, called the local police and teamed up with them, we felt really unsafe. We didn't know the local laws, and with two more days to stay for medical reasons, we decided to pay and just never return to that hellhole.

Breakfast was okay, but they wouldn't let me order extra coffee. You can hear some noise between rooms.
