My booking was cancelled at 2:00PM on the day I was due to arrive, with no explanation. I had only a few hours to find another hotel.

The view was nice, and the area in Bogota felt safe. The hotel was nice, the rooms clean, and the staff friendly and helpful.

We arrived to find that our reservation hadn't been honored. With no warning or explanation, the hotel moved us to a different room because they were out of space, and it didn't have the conditions we expected. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The service was impeccable, and breakfast was good. I slept really well on a perfect bed, and the room was clean and comfortable with hot water. I enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this place for a relaxing break.

The staff were friendly and professional, and very attentive. The hotel itself is basic, but spotless and in a peaceful area.
