Hotel Ferias Park

The internet was out for half a day, and noise carried from the open central area. The mattress and pillow rubber covers were awful, there was no hot water and it was very cold, and the neighborhood felt dangerous. The hotel says it's pet friendly, but management charged us a large amount for our pets and doubled the bill without warning.

The restaurant now serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to hotel guests and the public. Despite the recent management change, the service and facilities remain good, and the hotel is still good value for the price. We'll return on future visits to North Bogota.

We booked 12 days but left after just 4. There was no air conditioning or heater, so nights were cold and days very hot. Although they have more than 10 Wi-Fi networks, we were only given two that were nearly useless, and we had to go down to the first floor to get online. They kept saying they'd fix our problems but did nothing. The staff were the most irresponsible I've seen. Breakfast was the same every morning, yet they charged different prices. When we argued, they gave the money back. They tried to take as much from us as they could.

A miserable stay. The rooms were freezing, and even after I spoke with the manager several times, he just stared at me rudely. The staff weren't accommodating.
