Hotel Flamante bulevar

It's a very safe neighborhood, with a bus station, park, stores, and shopping close by. The mall is two blocks away, and there are lots of bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. I first stayed here on my first trip to Colombia, and liked it then. I came back to visit a friend and was amazed at how much renovation and upgrading the place has had.

My sister stayed there for a week after returning from a trip, and she came away covered in bedbug bites. The place is filthy and disgusting, with old furniture falling apart. It's shocking that somewhere so expensive, especially in Nice, could be this bad. I hope no one goes there.

The residential area is quiet and feels very safe. It's a small hotel with comfortable rooms for resting, but the bathrooms are outside the rooms and shared with other guests, which I didn't like. There's parking for just one vehicle, and no sign or anything to distinguish the place from the surrounding houses.

We were told at booking that the room had a private bathroom and hot water. Instead, there was no running water at all, the lights were broken, and the ceiling looked ready to collapse. We thought the area would be better too. When we complained, they said they'd refund us, but after we left, nobody was there. We waited at the hotel entrance and no one came. A really unpleasant stay. We'll never go back.
