The hotel itself is good, but I wasn't happy with the service.

The prices felt outrageous for what we got, and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they make major improvements. My family and I had one of our worst hotel experiences in terms of quality and service. Right from the first day, the service was poor, and the rooms weren't clean: dirty pillows with pillowcases that hadn't even been opened, filthy floors, and sheets in bad shape. Staff came into our room without asking. When we weren't satisfied, they refused to refund us, so we had to stay the whole week even though we'd wanted to leave on day one. They urgently need to improve both the service and quality if they want to offer guests something worthwhile.

The neighborhood was peaceful and a good place to sleep. The rooms have only basic amenities, but that was enough for my stay while handling paperwork at the American embassy, about an 8-minute walk away.
