The rooms are clean and the location is good. The neighborhood feels safe in the daytime, but reception service was terrible. They list room service, which they don't actually provide, and despite advertising a 24-hour concierge, I waited more than half an hour to check in at 3 pm. There seem to be too few staff for everything the hotel offers, with just one person handling it all.

The service was really good, and the place is affordable. It's also easy to get around Bogota from here, since the hotel is right across from a TransMilenio station.

A cozy, well-equipped room with a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable.
