Bh Barranquilla

I was looking forward to the pool, and while it’s more like a large hot tub, being up on the roof with beautiful city views made it a fun, unusual spot. I also liked being able to play music through the rooftop sound system. Breakfast was excellent, especially the local food. My room TV had a minor issue, but the staff replaced it quickly. Their attentiveness really stood out. I also had two flight delays of five hours each, and they rearranged my airport pickup without any trouble. I had a wonderful stay and would book here again if I return to this part of Colombia.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were amazing. It's a great place to stay when visiting Barranquilla, with a good location near excellent restaurants. I'd definitely recommend it.

Aileen Padilla at the front desk worked hard to make our stay more enjoyable. She helped with hotel matters, suggested great places to visit, and guided us through how to attend the carnival for the first time. She was professional and charming. The staff as a whole provided excellent service. We had a wonderful time, too. The premises were excellent, clean, and beautifully designed, and the food was great. Thanks so much, Aileen! :)

The room was nice and comfortable, but I felt unsafe after another guest was given a key to my room and opened the door while I was undressing. The guest was just as surprised to find me there. At the front desk, the receptionist said she'd accidentally given them a key that opens all the doors. She also said my room number out loud when I checked in, where someone else could hear it. The elevators don't require a room key, and anyone can walk into the hotel.
