The room was cramped enough to feel like a jail cell, with nowhere to put your personal things. The TV didn't work, and the internet kept stuttering before cutting out completely, even after midnight. The only decent points were that it was clean and near the American Embassy. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

My parents stayed at Hotel Radel Superior in Bogotá for their interview, and having friendly, attentive staff made a stressful time much easier. They felt safe and well cared for, and knew they were in good hands. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, so they could rest and get ready for the big day. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh choices. We’re grateful for how everything was handled, and would recommend Hotel Radel Superior to anyone coming to Bogotá for comfort, reliability, and a friendly atmosphere.

I called to ask about booking two months ahead for the first week of February, and they said I'd have to call back in January so they could update the prices. Unbelievable. We're not in the 80s.

The beds were very comfortable, and the showers had hot water with good pressure. It's around a five-minute walk from the entrance for the visa appointment, and Gran Estación mall is nearby. We stayed before our appointment at the American embassy and had a really pleasant time. I'd stay here again!
