The staff were friendly, the location was excellent, and there wasn't much noise. The rooms were comfortable, though the place needs remodeling. There's no elevator to the upper rooms.

The location was perfect, close to everything, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was a comfortable, pleasant hotel. Highly recommended.

The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, but the bathroom felt old. The shower was cramped, the door was very worn, and it could use improvement. Breakfast was worse: the arepa was hard, bland, and a little burnt, while the bread was stale and dry. It all felt rushed. The stay was okay, but I'd rather get breakfast elsewhere.
