The rooms are huge and the hotel is in a great location. Excellent place, and affordable too.

You can hear everything from the interior rooms. The hotel rooms are small.

The hotel's location is very good, near Centro de convenções G12. But we had a lot of trouble with no hot water in the showers throughout the entire week. The boiler problem was never fixed, which caused a lot of discomfort for all our passengers. We had around 30 people staying at the hotel. The front desk attendant, Mr. Adriano, was very attentive, but this issue was beyond his control and there was nothing more he could do to resolve it. When we arrived, not every room had blankets. I had to keep going down to the front desk to ask for them. The Sunday receptionist (18 JAN) was awful, treated the issue with mockery, and paid no attention to the problems. Some toilets also had no water for a few days, though this didn't happen in every room. God bless!

The breakfast was poor and clearly not enough to leave someone well fed. Staff also made too much noise during breakfast, playing things loudly on their phones, which felt disrespectful. The kitchen had an unpleasant egg smell from around 6 p.m. The room problems meant we had to change rooms three times. One room described as having a king-size bed actually had two single beds pushed together, which felt like false advertising. The TVs were too small for the rooms. The elevator wouldn't go to the seventh floor, and the toilet didn't work properly, so we had to make a temporary fix ourselves to get the water running. There was barely any soap or shampoo left in the bottles, the holders were loose with screws missing, and the toilet paper wasn't stored properly. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable from the start. Every sheet had visible stains and hair, the blue blankets appeared to have cream stains, and the walls had shoe prints and other obvious marks. The pillows, bedspreads, and sheets looked dingy and unhygienic. We understand a refund wasn't possible, but the service felt disrespectful. The photos don't show the hotel's actual condition, and it's unacceptable to offer rooms like this without explaining their state in advance. We don't recommend paying for the “deluxe” or “large” rooms because they don't match the description. We hope the complaint is taken seriously and that real improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service.

I chose the hotel for its location and because Booking.com seemed to show good reviews. The stay was a letdown: unfriendly staff, awful internet signal and speed, old-looking towels, and no ventilation in either the rooms or bathrooms. They didn't even provide complimentary bottled water. We paid extra for breakfast and got plain eggs with a slice of stale bread. There was a watermelon, but they wouldn't serve it because they didn't want to cut it. Charging extra for that breakfast feels like a rip-off. Honestly, it felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and the price had nothing to do with the service we received.
