The restaurant was fantastic, and I loved the location, ambiance, service, and unusual rooms. I ended up extending my stay by a whole month, and I'd return and recommend the hotel. The staff were kind and understanding online when flight problems forced me to cancel at the last minute, and they helped me reschedule.

The hotel is in a good location, and the room and bathroom were clean. My reservation got messed up, but after some haggling they gave me a smaller room and bed. The room was tiny but nicely decorated. There was no AC or fan, so the windows had to stay open for air. That meant hearing everything inside and outside the hotel, including a lot of lobby activity and drama on the first night. The single bed was barely softer than a hard floor, and instead of pillows there were uncovered, lumpy cushions. I wouldn't stay there again.

The owners clearly work hard and care about guests, and the staff were incredible. It's a tucked-away little hotel, close to everything and in a very safe spot. Amazing stay, location, and people.

I'm still here for three more days, and if I come back to Bogota I'd stay nowhere else. The shower is insanely good, and the receptionists deserve five stars for their professionalism. The staff are very caring. It's a different kind of five star, so don't compare it with American five-star hotels. This is a small, cozy hotel in a former manssion, and the place has a story behind it.

Cozy and clean, and the staff were some of the most helpful I've met.
