They won’t take payment at the hotel, so they require you to pay through PayPal before you arrive. Then they said PayPal wasn’t good enough and called me a liar when I spoke with them. Don’t book with them.

It’s a clean, safe, and cozy hotel, with prompt, attentive service. The weather is cold, so there’s no air conditioning in the rooms. I’d say it suits a one or two night stay rather than a longer visit.

We found Diego’s transport very reliable and he was kind. The hotel sent his contact in advance on WhatsApp, and we even asked him to drive us during our next stay downtown Medellín. You do need to speak Spanish. The place was super clean and had everything we needed to rest before our flight, or after coming from the airport. We arrived around 9 pm, just as the kitchen was closing, but they still offered us dinner because we’d just landed and were hungry. The people were very kind.

I had a morning flight out of MDE after a one night stay, and the staff arranged an early taxi without any hassle. They were extremely friendly and made me feel at home, even allowing an early check-in when logistical problems brought me there ahead of schedule. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the WiFi generally worked well. Breakfast made to order came quickly and was delicious. Dinner at the restaurant on site was tasty and worth the price. I’d definitely stay again, thanks for a great visit!
