I wanted to like this hotel because of the price, but it’s missing basic amenities. The walls seem paper thin, and noise carries constantly through the night and morning. You can hear everything, so getting a good rest feels impossible. It’s really unfortunate.

A bad experience. The bed was small, and there was random noise during the night. There was no fridge or microwave, the hotel felt cheap, and although they advertise Wi-Fi, I couldn’t get any in the room. There was no hot water either. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The road noise from the Rionegro-La Ceja highway next to the hotel was noticeable, and the in-room internet was unpredictable, slow in the afternoon but fast at night. The hotel itself was very nice and modern, with lovely furnishings and plenty of hot water.

I had a great stay, with a nice rain shower, a comfortable modern room, good pillows and bed, hot breakfast, friendly staff, and secure parking. The only issue was weak Wi-Fi in my room. It may have been the brick walls, since my room was at the edge of the hotel. I’d suggest asking for a room closer to the Wi-Fi.

We tried to cancel 24 hours ahead, but they wouldn’t refund 50 percent for the two rooms.
