Hotel Wess Bogota

The room we eventually got for the second night was larger, but it had a sewer smell. I had to insist before they moved us, since the first room wasn't the one I'd reserved. It had no window and looked like a hospital room, the bathroom handle was broken, and a phone above my husband's pillow fell off. The charger sockets are behind the pillows, too. At night, you could hear people chatting in the lobby even from the third floor. The photos don't match what you get.

I'd gladly come back, but I'd book a room on a higher floor. On the second floor, you hear everything from the lobby and nearby rooms. That's not the staff's fault, who were so friendly and helpful.

Affordable place close to Corferias, with a great breakfast and very nice staff.

It's in a quiet, lovely area, and the breakfasts are very good. The place is comfortable, the service is wonderful, and the staff are always ready to help.
