Bring cash for the room, since international credit cards don't work well here. The bakery down the block and lunch places across the street are worth checking out. In this industrial neighborhood, the rooms are basic but clean, with a TV, private bathroom, shower, and hot water. The staff are generous and available around the clock if you need help. You can see them making small improvements, like fresh paint, and they sell locally baked sweets, coffee, beer, and soft drinks in the lobby. It's no Marriott, but it works fine for travelers looking for inexpensive lodging in an interesting area. Good people here.

I love the view, and it's very close to the center. Amazing hotel.

The blankets hadn't been washed, which was the worst part. The pillows were very low quality, and the room was enclosed with no windows. There was no way to reach reception, and the small TV had no remote. I've stayed in hotels at similar prices that offered excellent facilities and service.
