The rooms and shower are on the small side, though they felt fair for what we paid. The location worked well for us, with a few restaurants across the street, and Zona T was an easy, inexpensive Uber ride. We spent most of our time there. I stayed at ibis Bogotá from Jan 10th to 17th, and Fabian Afrecano and Luis Garcia at the front desk made the experience much better. Their English was excellent, they were always willing to help, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed cleaning, room help, or had an issue, they handled it promptly and professionally. They’re real assets to the hotel.

We got our room around 3pm on the 14th floor, with a lovely view of the mountains in the distance. The hotel is close to amenities and attractions, and the city centre is walkable. I had a good stay, but I still haven’t received my invoice. I asked at the front desk and was told it would be sent within 24 hours, but it never came. I need it to document my hotel expenses for my company.

The location is okay, the place is generally clean, and the service is good. Laundry is outsourced, so check that your clothes are ironed. It takes at least 24 hours, and ironing isn’t available on holidays or weekends.
