Hotel Lido, also known as Hotel Lido Plaza, is a family-run hotel in Bogotá's historic La Candelaria district. It has a colonial style.

By 10 AM, they were already asking us to give up the room, and there wasn't any hot water. The staff were incredibly rude. A really bad experience, and those of us who stayed here regret choosing it. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place.

Inside, things feel more modern, though the furnishings in the hallways are quite worn. The building's exterior is modest and dated. Still, it's an affordable, comfortable option in a great city center location, close to everything.

The service was mediocre, and the rooms were very unpleasant. The facilities are truly run-down. They should hire staff with excellent personal presentation who know the capital and can give people better information and directions. I didn't like it, wouldn't go back, and can't recommend it.
