2/10
The Wi-Fi was terrible, and the rooms were dated. The hotel also charged me taxes that I believe weren’t required, and refused to let me check in until I paid. They gave me loads of explanations for the charge, but I believe they were all false. The DIAN office at the Airport, Colombia’s tax authority, confirmed that the charges were improper. The hotel’s claim that I could get a refund at the airport was also false. It felt like they were scamming guests. I’ll update this review if the hotel resolves the issue. If you’re reading it, they never refunded the taxes I say were improperly charged. Avoid this hotel.

A pretty bland stay with little charm. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the front desk didn’t seem to care much. Breakfast was okay, though a bit repetitive. The fixtures, bed, and general feel of the place are showing their age. There’s no temperature control, so the windows have to stay open.

The hotel is in a handy spot, with good restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were kind, respectful, and helpful.

The rooms are compact but practical, with what you need, and the staff brought us extras like a hairdryer and iron when we asked. We also enjoyed a tasty breakfast, and the staff and chef were very kind. Lots of interesting restaurants and a mall are close by.

10/10
There are plenty of outlets for charging phones and other modern devices, and the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast had delicious food and a range of drinks. The hotel is clean, in a lovely spot near shops and restaurants, and the staff are friendly. I’d happily recommend it.
