10/10
Kevin and Lida were especially thoughtful, always making sure we had what we needed. The staff were friendly throughout, and we loved the food and coffee. The location worked great for us, and the rooms were both lovely and comfortable. It was a perfect stay that went beyond what I expected. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Bogota.

The beds were dirty, the rooms were hot with no AC, and the service from staff was very poor. We were also charged for things we didn’t even know about. It’s far too expensive for what you get. Spend your money somewhere else.
