Casa Hotel Las Hortensias

The staff were very friendly, and the location was convenient.

All four of us were grateful for how helpful Mr. Luis and Mrs. Viviana were. They were spectacular and deserve more than four stars. The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and I’d recommend both it and the town. I wouldn’t recommend the cave tour across from the hotel that I took. Viviana suggested another one that doesn’t involve coordinating all those hours, but when we called, there were no spots available.

Just one block from the main square, so the location is hard to beat. The traditional architecture gives the hotel a distinctive feel, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable, with everything you need and modern, clean bathrooms. The staff were attentive and always ready to help. I’d definitely recommend it.

We felt very well looked after from check-in, especially by Viviana and don Luis, whose kindness made our stay even nicer. Hotel Las Hortensias is spacious, pretty, very clean, and clearly well cared for. The room was comfortable, with a high-quality mattress, and the spotless bathroom had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’ll come back and recommend it to friends, family, and acquaintances.
