Breakfast was the standout, more like a brunch, with loads of fresh fruit and breads, plus a ceviche bar and a great mix of local and international flavors. The whole team was attentive and ready to help even when it was busy. José Ramón and the others approached at the right time, so we weren't left waving or waiting around to get noticed. We ate at NH Collection Royal Teleport and the food was amazing, though the drinks were a bit overpriced. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had beautiful views. A really good experience, and we'll definitely return.

Our kids loved the Sunday April 26th activity, with games, face painting and a chance to meet a giant Stitch! We also came down late for dinner, and Nestor was welcoming and charming, making sure we felt relaxed and comfortable. During the day, Javier Torres runs the restaurant staff, and Alfonso and Ms. Laverde were part of a team that worked like clockwork. The staff really make this place. Everyone was attentive, thoughtful and quick. At the main door, Andres Robayo, Enrique Carrascal, and Luis Montero were capable and attentive. Andrea, Claudia, Sergio, and Milena were on shift at reception and helped with everything we asked for. The hotel is wonderful, and we highly recommend it. We'd definitely come back.

Usaquen is a lovely district, with lots of restaurants and bars to walk around. We had a pleasure staying here for 13 days. The whole building is beautiful, and all the services are very good and well maintained. Every room we stayed in was clean and well equipped. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful and well prepared. I'd recommend this place to anyone coming to Bogotà.

A safe area with plenty of places to go, and a great hotel to stay in Bogotá. The spa is awesome, the pool is a special bonus, and the restaurant is very good. The only downside is the beds, the mattresses could be better.

Loved my stay. The staff were so warm, and room service was great. The breakfast buffet had so many choices, and the fruit salad was the best. I'm vegan, and they went out of their way to make me a vegan breakfast every day.
