The breakfast was made fresh for us, with fruit, instead of sitting out as a buffet for hours. Staff were really friendly, and they gave us good tips on things to do and see. The rooms were nice and clean without extra luxuries that you'd pay more for. There wasn't air conditioning in our room. It wasn't a problem this time, though it might get hot in summer, but you can't complain about warmth in Colombia in summer. When we come to Bogotá next time, we're definitely staying here again.

I've stayed at Hotel Comfort several times, and the staff have always been so accommodating.

It felt like home in this cozy, spacious, clean family run hotel. The owners welcomed us warmly and offered tea as soon as we arrived. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable. They had Covid protocols in place, and the included breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

The price was really good, and I slept comfortably in the bed. The shower had hot water, too. It's super close to the airport, which made it convenient. If you're a light sleeper, though, you might have trouble because hallway noise carries into the room.

I stayed one night at Hotel Confort and had a lovely experience. It's in a safe area near El Dorado Airport, just a few minutes away by taxi or Uber. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the hotel is cozy. The people handling the admin are super friendly and focused on giving guests a good experience. The food, prepared by two outstanding local chefs, was delicious. The kid at reception is great at his job and very personable. A good choice if you're in Bogota for business or just passing through.
