The elevator broke down four times in one week. That's especially bad when you're staying on the top floor.

I had a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly the whole time. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for a short visit when I needed somewhere to work and unwind. There aren't many amenities, but the central spot makes it easy to get around Bogotá. There are plenty of useful places nearby for any last-minute needs, including shops, a supermarket, restaurants, and bars. The price for what you get is very good, so I'd consider staying here again on another trip to Bogotá.
