Hotel Estelar Suites Jones

The only real difficulty was the thin bedroom walls. The first night felt perfect, but the next night eight loud, rude guests moved in next door and partied in their rooms and the hall until midnight. They went out, then came back for more noise from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m., mostly in the hall. It sounded like they were shouting right beside our bed, and earplugs barely helped. With considerate neighbors, you’d have a wonderful stay; with party guests like that, it’s harder. Even so, the good at the hotel outweighed the bad, and we hope to return. We were very happy with our stay and recommend this lovely hotel. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and shower worked well. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Thanks to the hardworking breakfast team for a lovely start to each day, and to Antonio for looking after us so well. Javier, Julio Cesar and Steven helped us with bus advice and, especially, with translating some difficult forms we had to fill out. We also appreciated William, the hotel’s driver, who gave us a wonderful mini-tour on the way to the airport. We’d highly recommend him to anyone needing a driver for the day. Muchas Gracias!
