The lobby looks nice and the location is good, but that was about all I liked. After five nights, my back and neck were killing me. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in; the sheets were rough and dirty, the towels thin and scratchy, and even with six pillows, they were all too thin and poor quality. The toilet ran the whole time, and nobody came when I asked someone to look at it. The lighting and elevator setup was also ridiculous: you have to insert a hotel key to activate them, and they only give you one key. Good luck if one person wants to leave while another stays behind. 2/10, wouldn't recommend.

This place was awesome: stylish, chic, affordable, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. We had the best showers of our trip in Colombia, and breakfast was great too. I'd choose it over the Hyatt across the street.

I loved the place overall. The only annoyance was having to ask the employees every time to get my vehicle out of the garage. They seemed annoyed whenever I asked.

An easygoing stay at a very low price, with excellent service. It was perfect for one night, close to the embassy and even closer to the Bogotá fairgrounds.
