Sonesta Hotel Bogota

The location made daily errands easy, with a 24 hour supermarket and pharmacy about a five minute walk away, plus plenty of other shops. Edwin deserves a special mention for going above and beyond for guests. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We stayed in several rooms, and every one was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping brought fresh sheets and towels daily, and quickly brought water to our room whenever we needed it, especially for our baby. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I’d highly recommend the Sonesta Hotel to anyone traveling to Bogota.

With a reservation confirmed for over 30 days, I arrived around midnight and was told there was a booking problem and I had to move to another hotel. The place they arranged was in terrible shape, with a dreadful breakfast and a room well below acceptable standards. I was still charged the same rate. At a minimum, they should have found somewhere of equal or better quality. The way they treated my time and me as a guest showed a complete lack of respect. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and the hotel was extremely clean. The staff were so friendly, always greeting me with a smile and making an effort to see that I had what I needed. For the quality, the value at Sonesta Hotel Bogotá is outstanding. Follow me and check out the review video @outtoeatreviews5834

This was my second stay, and I’m even happier with the hotel this time. The breakfast is unbelievable, the service is fantastic, and the location works perfectly for the kind of trips I usually take. Taxis make it easy to get around Bogotá. Thanks especially to Andrés, Gilberto, Carlitos, Kevin, and Alejandra for their hospitality. I’ll be back, especially for breakfast!
