The staff were especially friendly and attentive, and the place was spotless and orderly. I had a pleasant stay, even with a minor water supply issue that was outside the hotel's control. The location is great for exploring the area. That small problem didn't outweigh the positive experience, and the cleanliness and service make this a place I recommend without hesitation. It deserves a very high rating.

A family feel, very personal service, and close to everything, including the Movistar Arena. It's easy to get around the city from here. The hotel is excellent.

The staff were very helpful, and for the price the service is excellent. The room was comfortable, with a king-size bed measuring 2x2 meters, hot water, and breakfast to start the day. My wife, friends, and I came from Bucaramanga for the Colombian soccer final at El Campín stadium. It's less than a five-minute walk away, as is the Movistar Arena for concerts. If you're going to a concert or a game, the location is hard to beat.

The location is peaceful, with shops, restaurants, the Movistar Arena, and the campsite nearby. You can walk to a concert, which is perfect. The staff were attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

I know the hotel doesn't allow early entry, especially at dawn, but I feel there are times when an exception could be made. I arrived at 4 and asked if I could at least wait in the lobby, but they wouldn't let me. In Armenia, they let you in and even offered coffee.
