The welcome was really friendly, and they gave us a nice introduction to the hotel. In my view, it’s a solid three-star place rather than a four-star one. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the shower was excellent, though the shampoo dispenser was empty. The pool is big and clean, while the restaurant and other dining areas feel fresh and new. The food and breakfast were excellent. Service was friendly, if a little slow, and the wine is expensive compared with everything else. Not every detail was perfect, but I still rate it as a five-star experience. This is my go-to hotel in Bucaramanga.

The building feels secure and is comfortable, but downtown gets quiet at night and feels less wholesome. That’s the case in plenty of cities, and Bucaramanga’s downtown could use some work too. The people are good and the service was good. The food could be better, though. Smaller portions with better quality would be great, and please use less cheap cooking oil. 4/5 stars.

The rooms are roomy and cleaned well, and the rates are reasonable. But there was no hot water when I was there. The windows also let in both noise and sunlight.

The receptionists and evening security guard were friendly and very helpful. After staying for 14 days, though, I have to say the rooms were big enough, but the cleaning wasn’t good and the room itself smelled bad. Our overall experience wasn’t good.

The people were friendly, but the room had a broken window that wouldn’t close. Water was also leaking through the bathroom ceiling light, and when I reported it, they didn’t seem very interested. I was told the restaurant was open, but it was dark and empty when I went, with nobody around. The place looks and feels amateurish, even if the people are nice.
