A bad experience. The woman who helped us was very rude, and the hotel was very bad.

There's no hotel parking, but a public lot is right next door, and you can easily leave a car or motorcycle there. You can also get through the pedestrian area by vehicle. The hotel sits in central Tunja on a very quiet pedestrian street, close to shops and tourist attractions. My room was clean and bright, faced the street, and had everything needed for a good night's sleep. The receptionist was very professional and attentive. I'd recommend staying here when visiting Tunja.

We arrived late at night at this small hotel, and getting in was no problem. We just needed to call the manager. It's clean and quiet in the historic center, within walking distance of Plaza de Bolívar, banks, and restaurants.

What a terrible decision. I'm from Tunja, and I recommended this hotel to the humanitarian sector. A group of 10 people paid in full a week ahead, but at 7:00 pm today the hotel completely changed their reservation. It's outrageous. They had to go find another hotel because the place offered was completely different from what they'd booked.
