Hotel victoria Real

The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and well cared for. Our room was comfortable, pleasant, and nicely decorated. The gentleman who greeted us in the evening was so kind and made us feel welcome right away. In the morning, the lady saw us off warmly and attentively, even offering coffee and herbal tea. We really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. Everything about the stay was wonderful, and we'd love to come back. Highly recommended. Thank you so much, and many blessings.

It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with good service and attention. The location was very convenient.

The staff's service was the best. My room was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The blankets were excellent for the cold. A great place to rest.

We found the hotel through Google after having trouble on the road. I was with my partner, our baby, and our dog. The young man who welcomed us was excellent, and thanks to him our stay went well. Unfortunately, the woman there in the morning was rude to us because we had a pet. We'd checked before arriving that dogs were allowed, but she insisted pets were prohibited and blamed the employee who checked us in. I challenged her with evidence and arguments. The owner needs to address this situation.
