Hotel Villas del Real Tunja

We had a spacious, comfortable room with a spectacular view. The facilities were spotless, modern, and well maintained, and from the moment we arrived the staff greeted us warmly and professionally. My experience at this hotel was simply exceptional.

The rooms are tiny, and the manager's attitude was the worst part. She was incredibly rude and always looked sour. The hotel doesn't clean the rooms, and there were countless other issues. It's more like a motel, and it was a terrible experience. I've never stayed somewhere with a curfew before. She goes to bed at 11 pm and won't let anyone in or out. The service was awful, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are very warm, and whenever I visit, the staff are friendly and dedicated.

We really enjoyed our stay, and we'd love to come back. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The facilities were spotless and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Our room exceeded expectations, with plenty of space, cleanliness, and all the little details that make a difference. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks for making our stay so special!
