I stayed for 6 nights in a safe part of town, and I’d book here again when I return to Bucaramanga. The buffet breakfast was something I looked forward to every day. For the price, you can’t beat it, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

It felt like we were downtown, with lots of Discos nearby, but our room stayed quiet despite the noise outside. Breakfast was very good, and the staff made this tourist with limited Spanish feel welcome.

I liked the pool area, especially because the music was kept very discreet. At so many other Colombian hotels the loud music makes the pool unbearable. The room was comfortable, the facilities and location were great, breakfast was nice, and the staff were lovely. Good value, too.

I didn’t stay overnight, just used the spa for a massage. It was great and well priced, so I came back for a second one. Everyone was friendly, including the hotel front desk staff. I paid more for a massage elsewhere in town and it wasn’t as good. I wish I’d found this place earlier in my trip.

The massage area wasn’t operating, which was a letdown since we’d really been looking forward to it. Still, the breakfast was 5 star and the people were so nice and friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit family.
