The service was bad from beginning to end, and everything felt small and poor. I can't name even one thing I liked. I hope this helps someone save their money and avoid the same experience.

We had an overwhelmingly bad experience. It felt like they were trying to make everything as difficult as possible for us. Then, when the manager realized we were foreigners, I could see the dollar signs in his eyes. Save yourself the headaches and avoid this place.

The room itself was decent, and the staff were polite and service minded. Breakfast was included and okay, nothing special. But the bathroom needs maintenance: the glass door made a lot of noise against the tile, its hinges were loose or even unscrewed, and the sink faucet looked dirty and didn't close properly. The toilet knob was tucked under a rack, so it was awkward to reach each time. It's not necessarily a bad place, but I'd think twice before returning.

Each morning they serve a delicious traditional breakfast on the 7th floor, with a lovely view over the city, the surrounding areas, and the mountains. It's a lovely hotel, close to downtown Bucaramanga and shopping.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I gave it 4 stars mainly because the price was good for what you get.
