Breakfast was tasty and consistent, and the staff were friendly. Pedro served us most mornings and was a delight. The room matched the photos and video, with a clean, cozy feel and a lovely view over busy El poblado. I was high up and don't have much trouble with city noise, so I never needed the earplugs the hotel provides. There was a mini fridge, but no iron in the room, so you have to ask the front desk for one. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Hunters.

I only had one night here and would've liked to stay longer. It's centrally located with lots of good restaurants nearby, and the terrace bar has a spectacular sunset view. I wasn't expecting much, but the tonic drink and finger food were good, and the prices seemed very reasonable for that panorama. Daniel at the front desk was especially friendly and accommodating, with a warm manner that made me feel welcome and well looked after.

The room layout seemed odd at first, with the shower, toilet, and sink in separate areas, the sink being out in the hallway. But it actually worked well for two girls getting ready. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, if a little small. We got the stay as an Expedia package and found it pretty convenient. El Poblado is a real plus, and money exchange places are close by. Since we were near Provenza, we did hear music late, though from the 8th floor it wasn't too bad. My one complaint: after I booked through Expedia, they shared my phone number with Aerotumex, a tourism agency. Two different people claiming to be from the company contacted me on WhatsApp, which made me suspicious. I did use their tour services around Medellin, but we discussed everything and paid in person after arriving at the hotel. Cash is better. I'd recommend the place again.

The rooms were clean and nice, though seeing what looked like an industrial pipe hanging over my bed gave them a strange vibe. The front desk clerk was not friendly at all. She didn't help make check-in easy, and we felt as if we were interrupting her.

Right in the heart of Zona Rosa next to Provenza, the hotel has great city views and an awesome terrace bar and restaurant. The service was outstanding, and the restaurant's food was delicious and good quality.
