I asked for a refund after finding dirt on the floors, a bed that didn’t feel fresh, and old, dirty-looking towels. The staff refused and offered another room, but it was worse, with dirty floors and bed, plus a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was no A/C either, so the room was hot and uncomfortable. The whole experience left me incredibly frustrated.

As a solo traveler, feeling safe and valued at a hotel is a big part of a good stay for me. Hotel Orbe gave me that and then some. The staff were attentive and capable, service was efficient, and the technology was advanced. Those personal touches helped make the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Huge thanks to Sara, Angie, and Melisa. You all rock Hotel Orbe!

We only needed a night because we had plans nearby, and the main-street location was convenient for the price. The room was clean, though the walls looked battered, like furniture had been knocked into them. The AC was loud, just as another review mentioned, making a big noise every 8-10 minutes. It was worth it for that night, but I wouldn’t make a special trip to stay again.

The breakfast was simple, eggs with mini croissants or corn flatbread, plus juice or coffee. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price. We also liked being a little away from the busy city centre, since there weren’t as many dodgy people trying to hustle us. Orbe hotel was lovely, and the staff were so friendly and polite. The receptionist who spoke really good English was especially nice.

Good value for the money, and the service was great. We’ll definitely come back!
