I didn't have trouble with any of the staff. Breakfast was simple but really good, with scrambled eggs, a kind of bread with cheese that changes, and fresh-cut fruit. The rooms are tiny enough to feel uncomfortable, so I wouldn't plan to relax in one, just sleep, shower, and head out. The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. There's no do-not-disturb sign for the door, either, so if you're sleeping in or just in the room when housekeeping comes, you have to tell them to leave. That was more annoying than you'd expect, since I kept waiting for a knock at any time.

There was no working Wi-Fi, and mobile internet barely worked either, possibly because of the concrete or something else limiting the signal. I spent more on pay-per-view than I did on the room and still couldn't watch the fight. Some windows are just holes in the walls, so you hear everything from nearby rooms.

I've stayed here on business trips. It's fine for resting, the staff are kind, and the room is just clean enough. Don't expect a five-star hotel, but it's okay. The metro station is nearby, along with a street full of restaurants, street food, pubs, and places to enjoy Latin dancing.
