The rooftop restaurant has a fantastic view and atmosphere. Inside, the hotel was quiet, and street noise was minimal at night. I stayed 10 days and had a good experience overall, with good service at the bar and from housekeeping. The complimentary breakfast was very basic but still good. I'd love an extra hour, until 10am, and better coffee because it was very diluted. My room had only a fan above the bed, but it was comfortable enough with the window open. The room gets two stars off because its only window was small and tucked in a corner, and the TV had few channels and no streaming option. Someone also stole the face mask from my helmet in the garage, in a spot inaccessible to the camera. Still, I'd recommend the hotel.

The receptionists were super nice, and the AC worked great after they moved me to a room with it. My travel agent had been assured the original room had AC, but it didn't, and I had to pay extra for the replacement. I also liked the art and the pillows, which actually supported my head. The bed itself was hard, though, and I wouldn't stay there again. The area, Centro, isn't great. Several tour guides told me not to walk outside at night. Noise was constant, and even the soft music at reception could be heard in my second-floor room. The shower was tiny, with the showerhead fixed high on the ceiling and no way to adjust it to my liking. The nice reception staff and good pillows weren't enough to make me choose this place again.

The food was okay, the staff were amazing, and honestly the price is hard to beat. I would stay again, so it's not a bad deal, but don't expect to be amazed. You get what you pay for: the bed was hard, the area wasn't the best, and I watched a man take a crap right across the street. The room looked bigger in the photos than it really was 😂.

The rooftop bar was a nice touch, and the art looked good. We also thought the place seemed clean, but the service was just fine and nothing special. The rooms felt too cramped for me, especially the tiny shower and toilet room. We arrived early and had to pay an early check-in fee. The hotel itself was okay, but its busy city-center setting and hostel feel made me uncomfortable, so I couldn't stay. We found a nicer hotel in a better location instead. I wouldn't recommend this one.
