I had a great five-night stay here three years ago and loved the place then. Since that visit, I’ve tried booking many times, but they never seemed to have availability. After a break, I booked a Junior Suite about three weeks ahead for my wedding night. I got a confirmation email and reservation number, and even emailed on the day to say we’d arrive very late. When we got there, they couldn’t find the reservation at all, even when I showed them the email. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. The person just kept saying she couldn’t find it, with no effort to offer a room or another solution. It’s a shame, because this place used to be good. There are better and cheaper options, like Sonata 44 one block away.

After I had to cancel my Airbnb, the hotel was very accommodating and helpful. Everyone working there was friendly, and they can help arrange local outings like coffee tours. I’ll come back to this hotel.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and the front desk staff were courteous and friendly. A fridge and microwave would have been nice, but cleanliness and comfort mattered most to us.

A safe area and a great location, with restaurants, a grocery store, and a drugstore all within walking distance.

It’s fair value and feels safe, with a good spot for the Laureles carrera 70 mayhem. The breakfast is below an acceptable standard, though, just a low-quality set menu. Without breakfast, the hotel should be fine.
