The entrance and hallways were clean, but the room needed paint and some mold taken care of. The staff weren't helpful, and breakfast was so disappointing that we ate only half on the first morning, then skipped it the next day and went to a bakery. Even the coffee was instant, which felt like a letdown in Colombia. They arranged a "taxi" to the airport, but it definitely wasn't a taxi. The drive should have been about 40 minutes, yet it took nearly an hour and a half, and we almost missed our flight.

I haven't stayed there myself, but two friends have, one visiting from the US and one from Bogotá. Both spoke highly of the clean rooms and the service. The hotel is also close to pretty much everything you'd need, with restaurants, bars, clubs, and transport easy to reach.

I want to see the place for myself before rating it higher. For now, I like what I've seen from other people and around the immediate area. I'll come back to this in October after my stay 🙏

Avoid this place. After we were robbed, the security cameras apparently hadn't recorded anything, and the woman managing the property lied to us to our faces for two days. She showed no respect for us as clients.
