3450 Living

I booked through airbnb and loved my stay. The room was clean and looked like the pictures, and there was plenty to walk to nearby. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The rooftop is gorgeous, and having a washer and dryer was nice. I'd stay again.

The staff were amazing, and the rooftop Jacuzzi made the stay incredible. There's free laundry service too, and the location is prime. Worth every penny, easily the best air bnb in Laureles.

The place is nice, clean, and has 24-hour security in a great location. The staff were amazing and available, and they tried to help with everything. Caroline's instructions were clear and useful. I wish I'd known how noisy it would be. It's near the main road and the walls are thin. I couldn't sleep for the first three nights, often not nodding off until 3 a.m. when things finally got quiet. Using the washer and dryer was practically impossible. I managed at midnight, but all the hassle wasn't worth it. A coin laundry nearby would have been much easier. Uber works well and is cheap and easy to book in Medellin, so don't take a taxi. The host kindly offered one because my flight was late and I couldn't communicate ahead of time about cancelling. I cancelled at the last minute, but apparently cancellations aren't allowed. Caroline sent me a long message about how unfair I'd been and that I should pay even though I didn't use the service.

I chose 3450 Living because I'm a tennis player and it's halfway between the courts at Atanasio Giradot and María Luisa Calle Sports Center. It's next to Unicentro Shopping Center, with plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The location is the real advantage: one of Medellin's best districts, without quite the noise and hectic feel of Poblado.
