Hotel San Pedro Suite

The courtyard and pool are stunning, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with just 7 rooms in a great spot in the walled city. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a private jacuzzi. Breakfast served in the room was a nice touch, and service was always friendly. There were a few snags: no free water in the room, and the hot water didn't work, though they fixed that quickly. They also forgot our airport pickup, but apologized. The roof terrace is quite loud because it's right beside the busy ring road. Not perfect, but it just about earns 5 stars.

I spent four hours each day relaxing in a hammock and loved every minute. The staff were wonderful, and I can't say enough good things about them. They can help arrange tours or other needs. They also organized a covid-19 test in our room, with results in 2 hours. The accommodations were beautiful. Each morning, they made eggs to order and served fruit and sausage, a nice little breakfast to start the day. I'll definitely stay here again when we return to Cartagena.

It's a pricey hotel, though I think it's worth it. We got excellent service during our two-night stay, and the hotel is gorgeous. With only 8 rooms, the attention to detail is superb. Breakfast was decent, and there's a great cafe and restaurant, La Mulata, nearby. It's a bit off the beaten path of the old City, which I actually liked since the rest of the city is so busy. The rooms at the front can be a little noisy because of a busy street nearby.

The architecture and decor were spectacular, and I loved the charming feel of this boutique Hotel. I stayed for 2 days and felt like I'd stepped back into a different era. The whole staff were friendly and attentive, the service was incredible, and everything was only a few blocks away. I highly recommend it.
