The mattresses and pillows were good, and we slept comfortably. We were on the back of the third floor, but car noise still came through as if the window faced the street and was open. When you're tired, though, you barely notice it.

The rooms had everything needed for a comfortable stay and were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious, and everyone was friendly, attentive, and willing to help. I loved being here and would return!

Good service, and breakfast is served at the hotel. But on 33rd Street the traffic is audible, and the double bed felt a little small. There isn't parking at the hotel or nearby. What bothered me most was having our IDs photocopied. They're personal documents. If they need to confirm someone's identity, they can just check the details instead of making copies. I'll never return.

Everything was tidy, organized, and very clean. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, and I found it in every part of the place. Thanks for the hospitality, excellent service, and all the effort to give customers the best. Ms. Elizabeth, thank you for working so hard to keep everything clean. I'd love to come back.
