The location and the room size were the only things this hotel had going for it. For what was the city's most expensive nightly rate when I stayed, I expected far better. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I'd tell people to save their money and stay somewhere else. The breakfast choices were subpar, and it's the same food as the restaurant next door, nothing fancy. Towels were dirty, and the blackout curtains quit working halfway through our stay. Hot water took 30 minutes to arrive, then quickly became scorching. There were very few outlets, and reaching the ones we could use meant getting nearly parallel to the floor. The extension cord they provided was broken. They also charged me hotel tax (IVA) by mistake, even though I'm a tourist, and refused to refund it. I still haven't gotten my money back.

For a two-day trip, I would recommend it, but I wouldn't stay again. The lofts look very nice, are spacious and well equipped, and have a good view from inside. Room service was good, breakfast was great at first but the menu stayed the same every day after a week, and the minibar was good. Receptionists handled communication quickly and efficiently. There were plenty of downsides. The pool was okay but dirty, and the view from it wasn't great. A lot of things looked old, especially the bathrooms and living room. The jacuzzi didn't work at first, and the sound system never worked. Some front desk employees were not very welcoming or polite. They also limit how many guests can visit and how late they can stay in the loft. If you're traveling with more than two adults, you're better off booking an Airbnb.

My husband and I spent a couple of days here after our wedding and loved it. The staff were efficient and nice, and the hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants. We booked directly with them over WhatsApp a month before arriving in Cali. I recommend it completely.

The people working here are so nice and helpful, and the restaurant is really good. Acqua Santa is an awesome hotel, with insanely good lofts. Everything is automated from an iPad, including the lighting, music, and shades. I'd definitely come back.
