Horacio is a horrible person. He is always drinking and treats guests badly, as well as former employees who left because he wasn't paying them what they were owed. I've never seen a host behave like this.

When I'm in Cali, I like staying there. It's modern, well located, and has large apartments in several layouts. The owner is always on site and ready to help.

The best place to stay in Cali.

My husband's boss couldn't travel because of the pandemic. Horacio, the Aloja manager, said he'd honor the original reservation, but then tried to charge him much more than they had agreed. He hasn't replied to calls or messages, and left the complaints unaddressed for several days. I can't understand why Booking.com works with them.

It's unbelievable that Mr. Horacio, the Aloja administrator, hasn't responded to calls or messages in over two days. Social media says he's meant to reply within about an hour. How are we supposed to sort out a problem, or even check in on time?
