The room was so cramped that we couldn't walk around with a suitcase, and the service was horrible. Breakfast was part of the booking, but in the morning they said the cook was sick and that was that. We left for the airport without eating. The wifi wasn't working either. We called in the evening and were told someone would come, but nobody showed up. We paid 160.000 for one night at this overpriced hotel. Glad it was only one night. A bad experience, and I don't recommend it to anyone 🙁

The rooms were a bit small, which makes sense for an older hotel that's been refurbished. Even so, the place was surprisingly good, except for the loud music at 3:00 a.m.

The neighborhood doesn't look great, and rooms facing outside get some noise at night. That didn't bother me much because cabs were affordable. The most I spent on one was 10 dollars to get all the way to the north side of the city, and Uber is cheap too. The place itself is decent for the price. Service was excellent, everything was really clean, and they cleaned the room daily. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were great, with meals priced at just $4. Breakfast is included.

Breakfast is on the 7th floor, and you'll need to take the stairs because the elevator only reaches the 6th. Parking is on the lobby floor. The two bedroom standard setup includes a couple of free water bottles and basic toiletries, soap bars, towels, and shampoo. The shower was just a regular water jet, not a rainfall head. There's no AC in that standard setup, and they provide only blankets. Good luck. The wifi needs work. The speed is fine, but it was painful to connect, and my phone kept switching among their three networks. Movies and shows would cut out at random while it tried to find the best one for my room. If you need a stable WiFi connection, this isn't the hotel for you.

Breakfast was great, but I would stay here only as a last resort. The room was smaller than my walk-in closet, and the carpet was so gross I walked on bath towels. It was in the dirtiest, most run-down part of Bogota.
