The cleaning and restaurant staff were hardworking and kind, but I won't stay here again. The gym is barely good enough for a home setup, and the pool is very small. I found the current management very poor: the bald man who administrates the hotel is rude and not trustworthy, and the receptionist is rude as well. I'd be careful about safety here. They seem to try to rip you off at every opportunity. It's a shame, because this hotel used to be good.

The snacks are really good, and there's a nice auditorium that holds around 50 people. A comfortable place to stay and enjoy a vacation. Go ahead.

The rooms are quite small, and the WiFi could reach them better. Breakfast was pretty good, though, and the staff were nice and accommodating. The location is handy, within walking distance of several good restaurants, Simone Bolivar Park, and a few clubs. A decent hotel.

The photos online make the place look amazing, but the building is old and needs renovation. I booked the junior sweet with jacuzzi and had no hot water for my entire stay. Staff didn't offer another room, the bed sheets were stained, and room service was very slow. The WiFi signal was weak too. I wouldn't recommend it, since you can find better hotels for less money.

It's a small hotel, and all the staff are kind all the time. Nice place to stay.
