We chose this place for one night on our way to Panama, and the location was very convenient. The hotel let us check in early, and the rooms had the basics needed for a short stay. Breakfast was included in the rate, and we enjoyed the soup, fruit, cereal, coffee, and eggs. The best part was the staff. Everyone did their best to keep us happy, and I told the manager or supervisor how amazing the team was. I hope they recognize the employees. I forgot their names, but special thanks to the slim African American male employee who was doing everything from cleaning to cooking. His service was amazing. I’m not giving five stars because I noticed some safety concerns. The windows are completely sealed, so nobody could escape through them in an emergency. Also, the AC in one room wasn’t working, and we couldn’t tell whether the unit’s control was the problem.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels during my trips to Cali over the last 14 years, and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. I’ve been here for two weeks without a single complaint, even though I’m a very high-maintenance guest. Every request has been met with “No Problem”. The staff are phenomenal, the security is airtight, and it’s right in the city center. It feels like home straight away, even if it may not be the Ritz Carlton. The place is super clean, with attention to the little details that make a stay comfortable. The rates are great too. There’s a first-class rooftop pool bar and restaurant with live entertainment, and the food is great and reasonably priced. You can have a good dinner and a good time without leaving the hotel. They have everything you need, and more.

For the price and location, we thought this was good value. The staff were friendly, the place was clean and cool, and the buffet was adequate. We enjoyed our stay.
