When I arrived, the hotel said my reservation through hotels.com wasn't showing in their system. This hotel is a total fraud! Hotels.com refunded my money, and I found another hotel quickly.

We rented two apartments, each with three bedrooms, so there was enough space for all our family and friends. One had a washing machine, which was great after several days of travel. The area felt safe, with several places to eat nearby, and we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived, the staff were attentive and helpful with everything we needed.

Terrible! They were incredibly abusive. I booked with them, but they didn't honor the terms and conditions. They tried to pressure me into canceling by saying they would hand over the building, even though they are still handing over rooms. They were dishonest and lied. I only canceled in the end because arguing and having a bad vacation with people providing such poor service and showing so little hotel ethics was the last thing I wanted.

Paula Ochoa was especially helpful 😃, and everyone else gave very good service. The location is excellent.

They were patient and professional throughout. Everything was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it.
